To verify the effect of the program, both groups were tested before and after the initiation of program, collected data from the test was statistically analyzed by nonparametric test of SPSS 15.0, in terms of the difference of means from the pre test and post test. As a result, parenting stress of the experimental group who participated in the psychological adjustment training program has decreased more significantly than that of controllable group. At the same time, degree of depression in experimental group also has significantly decreased than that of controllable group who did not receive any measure.
